Welcome Educators!

Thanks for checking out my resources! I taught high school math for five years, including Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC, before transitioning to a full-time faculty role at a local community college, where I’ve spent the past 10 years teaching everything from Beginning Algebra to Differential Equations. I hold master’s degrees in both Mathematics and Education, and I’m passionate about using innovative, student-centered teaching strategies to support diverse learners.

I first implemented the flipped classroom model during my time in high school, and it had a positive impact. My AP Calculus pass rates rose from around 50% to consistently 90–100% after flipping my instruction. I’ve continued using a modified version of the flipped model in my college courses and have seen positive benefits in both engagement and outcomes. I truly believe it can be an effective way to help students succeed. And now as a result, I have a good collection of video lessons and want to share them with others.

You are welcome to use my video lessons as a resource for students who are absent, those who need extra support, or If you’d like to try your own flipped classroom. I’m currently organizing the blank versions of PDF notes to align with the videos and will be making them available to teachers who want to use them as part of a flipped classroom. Just send me an email at msmorales.math@gmail.com and I’ll share them once they’re ready.
